It all depends on your fitness goals, time frame, current fitness level, motivation, and budget.
• The Kickstart Program is a 12-week in-person program focusing on losing weight, improving tone, and establishing a consistent workout routine.
• The Transform Program is a 12-week virtual transformative program focusing on the three pillars of fitness: workouts, mindset, and nutrition. The program is highly educational, keeps you accountable, and paves the path to your healthiest and fittest life. The workouts are done on your own and include a weekly group Zoom call.
I also offer 1:1 or group training in-person. I will design a personalized program based on your fitness goals, needs, and movement assessment. We will work through your program together to ensure correct form, offer progressions (or regressions), and make sure you are challenged during each session.
Lastly, if you are independently motivated and have workout experience but still need guidance to achieve your fitness goals, I offer Program Design Only. You will access your program through the True Coach App and receive weekly check-ins with me to keep you accountable, offer guidance, and adjust the program as needed to ensure you are hitting your goals.
